WE ARE ORGANISED
Once you have decided to book Shadow Entertainment we will send you a booking form and contract to fill in and sign. When we receive the booking form and an agreed deposit we notify you that our agreement has been finalised.
WE ARE WELL PREPARED
A few days before the big day we, contact you to discuss exactly how you want your evening to be. We will talk about what song you would like for that all important "First Dance". We ensure that everything will run smoothly on the night and if you change your mind about anything you can let us know then.
WE ARE ALWAYS PUNCTUAL
Depending on the venue, it takes an average of an hour to set up all our gear. We can, however have background music playing in 15 minutes. We always arrive in plenty of time for your function, usually about an hour to an hour and a half before the time stated on your evening invitations. We don't charge for this time.
WE ARE SMARTLY PRESENTED
DJ, and equipment set up are always well turned out, as you would expect for a wedding party function. |
